The U.S. should BUTT OUT.
Rice is a fine one to talk about opposing "extra-constitutional means." Did the U.S. use extra-constitutional means to invade and occupy Iraq?
The Pakistani people are fully capable of handling their own political affairs. No other nation state should intervene or in any way complicate the situation.
